Delivery Policy

The "Cut Off Time" for same day delivery is 8am EST. If your order is received after 8am EST with a same day delivery request it will be delivered the following business day. (Includes Saturdays)

Orders received with a request for delivery on a Sunday will be delivered on the next business day. We do not deliver on holidays that fall on Monday. Delivery will be made the following day.

We cannot promise timed deliveries but will try our best to accommodate your request.

Deliveries to the islands over the bridges may be delayed a day if there is a high wind advisory.

Every effort is made to deliver your gift in a respectful and professional manner. Please include the name of the business or enterprise that your delivery is going to and relevant work hours if applicable. We do not deliver items with incomplete addresses or to PO Boxes.

 

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, then we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We appreciate your understanding and trust in allowing us the freedom to create the perfect design for you.

Compact designs are typically designed in a 6x6 vessel unless upgraded. The look will average eight to ten inches in height, and the width may be about the same. These measurements are approximate. Leaf wrapped vases are clear glass with a foliage wrap wound within and the porcelain vessel is either a white or cream based on availability and appropriate match.

Half & Half designs are typically designed in a vessel sized in between a compact and hi-profile look. This design is a medium-sized look and is designed in a clear glass vessel.

Hi-profile designs are typically designed in 10x5 vessels. The look will average twelve to twenty-four inches in height above the vase line, and the width is always relative to the height.

Orders placed for delivery to a funeral home for a service with a choice of "compact" or "half & half" will look small within the setting and are indeed typically intended to be sent to a home or office. We would suggest a hi-profile design for this setting.

 

Upgrade Policy

Upgraded floral designs will include more blooms or an addition of more select blooms, or a combination of both. In some instances, the vessel size will be increased or substituted with another vessel to accommodate the upgrade. The look and feel of the design will remain the same.

Orchid plants that are upgraded will see a presentation of stems based on the value selected arranged in a vessel to accommodate the look. Only the finest specimens are selected when an order is created for this selection.

Designs on our site are priced at different levels and the arrangements pictured have different attributes. The attribute is clearly indicated. Please plan your purchase accordingly.

(Please know that if you order a compact design and have us send it to a service at a funeral home it will look small and out of place there. We suggest you order a hi-profile design that is more appropriate for the setting. If you want to order a low-profile design for the service, we will send it as you are making an informed purchase, but we do suggest that this look be sent to a residence or office as it is more appropriate for this setting.)

Vase Treatment Policy

Most designs are created in a clear glass vase (unless otherwise indicated).

You may choose from a variety of treatments for your design, all of which will complement the overall look of your selection. The leaf wrap is a look created with aspidistra leaves wound within a clear glass vase. The porcelain vessel is either a white or ivory tone. And the hi-profile is just that. Your design will be created in a taller vessel with an appropriate amount of flair.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy

You may pay for your order via Venmo after your order is placed. Orders placed with a payment request by Venmo may not be delivered on the same day. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

All sales are considered final once a design has been created in the studio. Orders cancelled before being designed will incur a fee of 5% as our processor charges this fee to handle your transaction whether completed or refunded.

We do not charge a fee for transactions paid by credit card and honor the cardholder agreement.

Our designs are one of a kind and will certainly vary from images attached to them on our website. Our designs are created at different price points and are always filled to value with only premium flowers. If it is requested that an order be refunded due to dissatisfaction we will retrieve the design from the recipient, we do not discount an item after it has been delivered. Once retrieved, a refund will be issued for the amount paid for the design less a 5% transaction fee. We do not refund any or all of the delivery fee as this is a separate line item within the purchase. Requests made after a period of 24 hours after delivery is made will NOT be considered.
